Warranties

Every ActiVHeat product is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory.

ActiVHeat Garment One (1) Year Limited Warranty.
An ActiVHeat garment, when purchased from Adventive IDEAS LLC, is warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Garment Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Garment Warranty Period, at its option, Adventive IDEAS will either 1) repair the defect, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the garment with a new garment that is at least functionally equivalent to the original garment.

ActiVHeat Sock Liners Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty.

An ActiVHeat sock liner, when purchased from Adventive IDEAS LLC is warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of NINETY (90) days from date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Sock Liner Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Sock Liner Warranty Period, at its option, Adventive IDEAS will either 1) repair the defect, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the sock liners with new sock liners that is at least functionally equivalent to the original sock liners.

ActiVHeat Glove Liners Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty.

An ActiVHeat glove liner, when purchased from Adventive IDEAS LLC is warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of NINETY (90) days from date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Glove Liner Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Glove Liner Warranty Period, at its option, Adventive IDEAS will either 1) repair the defect, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the glove liners with new glove liners that is at least functionally equivalent to the original glove liners.

ActiVHeat Outer Gloves ONE (1) Year Limited Warranty.

Every ActiVHeat^Ò glove is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory and when purchased from a United States retailer is warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) year from date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Glove Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Glove Warranty Period, at its option, Adventive IDEAS will either 1) repair the defect, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the gloves with new gloves that is at least functionally equivalent to the original gloves.

ActiVHeat AA Battery Pack Six (6) month Limited Warranty.

A AA Battery Pack included with an ActiVHeat product purchased from Adventive IDEAS LLC, is warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of SIX (6) months (from date of purchase by the original purchaser ("AA Battery Pack Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the AA Battery Pack Warranty Period, Adventive IDEAS will either 1) repair the defect, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the defective AA Battery Pack with a new or refurbished Battery Pack that is at least functionally equivalent to the original AA Battery Pack.

ActiVHeat Rechargeable Battery Pack Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty.
An ActiVHeat Rechargeable Battery Pack used for an ActiVHeat product, when purchased from Adventive IDEAS LLC, is warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Rechargeable Battery Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Rechargeable Battery Warranty Period, Adventive IDEAS will either 1) repair the defect using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the defective Rechargeable Battery Pack with a new or refurbished Rechargeable Battery Pack that is at least functionally equivalent to the original Rechargeable Battery Pack.

ActiVHeat Car Seat Cover Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty.

Each car seat cover, when purchased from Adventive IDEAS LLC, is warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of NINETY (90) days from date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Car Seat Cover Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Car Seat Cover Warranty Period, at its option, Adventive IDEAS will either 1) repair the defect, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the car seat cover with new car seat cover that is at least functionally similar to the original car seat cover.

Limits and Exclusions

A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part installed in accordance with instructions provided by Adventive IDEAS, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or part. When an item is exchanged, any replacement product or part becomes your property and the replaced product or part becomes Adventive IDEAS' property.

Coverage under these Warranties is limited to the United States of America, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
These Limited Warranties apply only to products that can be identified by the "ActiVHeat^” logo affixed to them or their packaging. These Limited Warranties do not apply to any non- ActiVHeat branded products and do not apply to: a) damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to product's use, maintenance, washing instructions or the installation of components; b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquake or other external causes; c) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not authorized by Adventive IDEAS; d) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (e) damage due to normal wear and tear which is affected by how the product is worn, how often it is worn and for socks liners - proper shoe fit; and (f) any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Adventive IDEAS, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites.

The Garment, Sock, Glove and Glove Liner Warranties do not apply to a Rechargeable Battery Pack being an item intended to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the product. The AA Battery Pack Warranty does not apply to sock or glove liners.

ADVENTIVE IDEAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADVENTIVE IDEAS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF ADVENTIVE IDEAS CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.

Some states disallow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
