These heated sock liners are individually controlled on each lower leg. Uses 3 AA non-rechargeable batteries (not included) per ankle/leg-mounted battery pack. For infrequent and low activity users. Not upgradeable to ActiVHeat rechargeable battery pack. Does not work well with regular low drain AA alkaline batteries like standard Energizer and Duracells—works well with Energizer e2 AA lithium. Not suitable for rechargeable NiCd or NiMh batteries. |
